Dr. Benjamin Keaton, DO, is a dedicated physician specializing in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine, but his most cherished roles are as a father and husband. With five beautiful children who keep him young through trampoline jumps, wrestling matches, and dance parties, Dr. Keaton finds joy and excitement in the everyday moments of family life. His amazing wife and best friend, who supported him throughout 11+ years of rigorous education and training, continues to be the heart of their busy, joy-filled home—now complete with their lively one-year-old youngest child.
A bit of a fitness fanatic, Dr. Keaton loves pushing himself through regular workouts, pick-up sports, and obstacle races. His firsthand experience in athletic environments—along with a few injuries earned along the way—gives him a unique ability to connect with and care for athletes. He’s happiest outdoors, often barefoot with his family, and considers a perfect summer day one spent boating at the lake. To balance the demands of a full and fast-paced life, he finds rejuvenation in nature, gardening, playing the piano and guitar, and nurturing his faith through church involvement, scripture study, and prayer.
Dr. Keaton grew up in Kaysville, Utah. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science from Weber State University, pausing his studies to serve a two-year proselytizing mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, first in Apache Junction, Arizona, and later in Curitiba, Brazil. He graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in Osteopathic Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine at the CAMC-GVMC program in West Virginia.
Dr. Keaton is skilled in caring for patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions. Through his training and practice, he has developed a deep passion for supporting those who take on one of life’s most meaningful and challenging roles—mothers. His practice focuses on helping women preparing to conceive, supporting mothers through pregnancy and postpartum, and caring for newborns, children, and athletes.
